By creating an account, connecting to the Forestfox API, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the authority to enter into this agreement, whether individually or on behalf of an organization.

Forestfox provides predictive market analysis tools and automated dollar-cost-averaging (DCA) execution features intended for informational and operational use by technically proficient users. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Forestfox does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal, model output, or automated action generated through the Service.

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Forestfox promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All market analysis, predictive outputs, and automated execution logic are tools intended to assist users in making their own independent decisions. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any strategy and for any trading decisions made using the Service.

Trading digital assets and other financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of capital. Past performance of any model, strategy, or signal does not guarantee future results. Market conditions, liquidity constraints, and technical failures may affect the execution and outcome of automated strategies. You acknowledge and accept these risks as a condition of using the Service.

Where the Service connects to third-party exchanges or trading venues via API, you are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials and permissions granted, and for monitoring the resulting activity. Forestfox is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including delays, outages, slippage, or changes to third-party terms that affect the operation of connected accounts.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, interfering with the normal operation of the Service, reverse-engineering proprietary components, or using the Service in violation of applicable law. Forestfox reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct it reasonably believes violates these Terms.

Certain features of the Service may be subject to fees as described at the time of purchase or subscription. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

All content, software, trademarks, and materials associated with the Service are the property of Forestfox or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights, and you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forestfox and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading capital, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forestfox, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Forestfox may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its discretion, with or without notice, including for suspected violations of these Terms, security concerns, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including those related to liability, indemnification, and intellectual property.

Forestfox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Forestfox operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Forestfox regarding use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
